This proper flow of blood reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke due to high blood pressure.

The allicin in garlic increases the antioxidant enzymes and gluthathione peroxidase in the blood. It fights against the damaging effects of nicotine and helps in maintaining the condition of liver.
